Really an amazing app, integration was seamless. We love that it has the ability to email and text our customers from the platform and great rates on messaging. Patch is super easy to use, we can email and text our customers from the same place, their built-in Loyalty program has boosted our retention and onboarding was a breeze with their hands-on support.
