Vishal was great to work with and assisted in some of the coding we needed to move things around a little more custom than the app had. The transfer of the reviews was quick and smooth.
I love this app! It is time consuming to set up when you have as many products to import as I have but Vishal has been guiding every step of the way and has stepped in and accomplished what I was not capable of doing. Reviews are tremendously important and I am thrilled to be bringing mine over from Etsy, where I've sold for years, to my shop on Shopify. Once up the app runs itself.
Easy to set up. I needed support as my reviews were not loading at first, and they responded within 24 hours and fixed it.
Looks great on our site. Very clean.

Very difficult to set, paid for the last 3 months, not a single review has shown in my store.no support system. No user manual. Just waste of money & time

The support is absolutely super! had a problem and they fixed it on higer priority, I absolutely recommend it!!
I used Vishal's review downloading service to get all my reviews from my Amazon listing, and he was super efficient and effective. He had it done within a few hours and just perfect. I had asked Vishal to set up the csv file, so it would work with the product reviews app on shopify and he did it perfectly. I really appreciate it, thank you.

This is a good app that does exactly what it says it does, and Vishal was very quick to respond when I needed help.
The only thing that I suggest is making the app's interface easier to understand. The FAQ page says to use the "import tab" for bulk syncing multiple ASIN, and it took me about 30 min of searching to realize that this isn't offered in the lowest tier package. Also, the code snippets on the install guide page are blank.
Other than that, it works great once you figure it out and I'll probably use it again when the need arises.
The app does exactly what it is supposed to but the jewel in the crown is the support I received from Vishal. Quick, professional assistance to help us tweak the UX. 5 Stars all the way!!
