Edits to products, collections, pages, articles and their translations become proposals that stay out of your store until a reviewer approves them. Each proposal is compared to the live version field by field, then approved, rejected or sent back with a comment. Team members are authors, reviewers or admins. Every version is kept and can be restored. AI agents propose over MCP, never publish.
