Revoco: EU Withdrawal

We have a really good experience using Revoco! The app is easy to understand and simple to work with, while still offering the features we need to help meet the requirements of EU Directive 2023/2673. It comes with ready-made emails that work out of the box, which made getting started much easier. At the same time, there is also the option to customize the emails if needed.

The support has also been great. The developer replies quickly, answers questions clearly, and helps guide you through the app if anything is unclear. We also shared some feedback, and it was implemented very quickly, which made a real difference for us. We especially like the multi-language support, the option to exclude specific products, automation features, and the DNS setup that lets us send emails from one of our own email addresses. The widget is also easy to customize, and being able to preview changes in real time before publishing is very helpful.

Overall, Revoco is a solid and user-friendly app with great support behind it. We can definitely recommend it.

I can't say how great their customer service is. I know little about tech stuff so, I reached out to them for help. Silas was so helpful. Didn't judge me or make me feel stupid. He helped with placement of this new withdrawal contract and now I'm up to code. He answered all my question and concerns. I would definitely recommend this company.
