Apart from the 'save' issue with my iPad when enabling the app - REZ are aware there are some small snags with iPad / phone devices, - everything else was very smooth and set up was quite straightforward and not convuluted! If you can, use your desktop mac or pc to do the initial setup which only takes a about 5-15 mins if that (this includes customisations for your marketing communications to customers).
Emma, from the Support Team checked-in to ensure I was happy with set-up and if I required anything to be checked/tested. Happy to recommend this app to others.
This app is a game-changer for my store! Love the features and customisable options. It seamlessly notifies interested buyers when an item is back and is super easy to set up. A Must-Have App with Stellar Support!
Setting up the REZ app was a breeze — intuitive, fast, and no headaches. What really sets it apart is the incredible support team. I was able to setup the app on my own and then received an email/message from Emma and she helped with the formatting and looks of the popup and email to match our theme. Everything is working perfectly so far.
Emma was so helpful from start to finish! AFter downloading, the dashboard is very stragiht forward, they presented it in Step 1, step 2, and step 3, done! I wish more apps featured their integration this way :)

The app is easy to set up and integrates well with my store. What really stands out is the customer support — Emma and the team were incredibly responsive, helpful, and patient, even guiding me through custom CSS tweaks to match my theme perfectly. They also went above and beyond by removing branding, syncing fonts, adjusting button styles, and even offering to build a custom "Notify Me" badge for sold-out products on my homepages featured products list. Super impressed with the service and functionality — highly recommend!
