Impossible to cancel, reporting to Shopify. You'll be stuck in a loop trying to cancel and it never lets you - AVOID!
Hi Shane, you're right, this was more confusing than it should be, and that's on us. Shopify doesn't let us cancel a plan for you, only the store owner can.
We point you to your Shopify Apps since you uninstall from there. We just didn't make that clear enough inside Ringly, and we're fixing it.
