I love being able to reward my customers when they shop my store. Thanks for helping me do this! I just did a double rewards day and it was simple to edit the points for that day and change it back the next.

This app is very easy to set up and customize. It looks great in the website and mobile view and is easy for customers to use. The rewards are customizable so I can add or remove whatever works for me!

I have been using this app for over a year already and haven't had any trouble with the app, their service, nor their support for any questions I've had. I've chat with Abbie and she helped me out tremendously. As I was running out of room for sign-ups, she helped unlock way more room for more sign-ups. Then she threw in some added bonuses to help me out. She was very knowledgeable for any questions that I had so I highly recommend their service to anyone that has a Shopify account.

A few customers have gained a loyalty reward; however, Rivo does not notify customers when they have points to spend. The app really is not fully integrated into the site because I do not get notifications when customers have points to spend either. Seems like I would have to check daily to see when customers have rewards, and then create custom emails for each customers. That is really time consuming and difficult to manage.

Appreciate your review and feedback. I'm so sorry you weren't able to find these options in the app. Every time customers earn points, an email is sent out notifying them that they have points to spend. This is also the case with rewards.

It is a good app and easy to use. It is pretty and user friendly, however it is not translatable in one language OR another, so if you need two languages, you have to show them both at the same time.
