I have been using the rewards part of this app for awhile now (at least a year). It is very easy to use and straightforward on both ends. Pete from customer support is very friendly, kind, and helpful. I really appreciate his help with upgrading the amount of customers I could have sign up. Thanks a bunch!

I really lovee this app! Such great features, even with the free version! Their customer support is FANTASTIC as well!! Harleen helped me out today, and she really went above and beyond to give me everything that I needed AND MORE! Y'all should give her a raise for real.

Good App, I just installed and I think I got what I was looking for. Though I am using the free version and liking it so far. It will be too soon to comment on the response I am getting from the widget. But so far so good. James was really helpful. I Just hope this app does not slow my store. Overall I am happy with the experince.

Great service from Jel of Rivo! I have just downloaded this app to set up my loyalty and referral program and she was such great assistance, answering all my questions and also providing me with suggestions and solutions. I highly recommend Rivo as they also have a review app that helps encourage more customer engagement by providing them a chance to earn points. I also love how the reviews are able to be exported.
