We’ve been running our loyalty and membership program with 1to1 and it’s been a really solid fit for our store. We needed something that covers the full program : points, rewards, member benefits, VIP-style tiers without paying the crazy pricing of some of the bigger loyalty apps for features we actually use every day.
Setup was straightforward and the support team has been genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions. For the amount of features we get and the price we pay, it’s hard to complain. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a full loyalty setup that doesn’t eat your margin.
