I love the coverage it provides for my customers and the merchant portal is great!! I do wish the coverage itself wasn't accounted for as a product SKU in the system because it messes with certain data points but ultimately, it is a really great platform.

Route has saved countless hours and headaches. Matt is a rockstar account manager as well! We are requiring our sales team to add Route to every order possible. It's a no brainer and has significantly helped with our conversion and trust.
I think there are many challenges in growing a perishable small business however Route gives us the insurance to withstand unforeseen circumstances .

Route is great for the customer and shop owner to simply the process or lost packages, which happen with every online store.

Service is great! Form is easy to fill out when filing a claim. If more immediate help is needed than just the form a customer service rep is also very easy to get a hold of for assistance. Route is always extremely helpful in assisting our customers. The customer service is always quick, efficient, and professional. It’s easy to use the website to file claims and check on the status.
