Was pretty easy to set up and I had it running on the store quickly.
The product recommendations are actually useful and I like that customers can add items to the cart without leaving the chat. I also tested it in a couple of languages and it switched automatically, which was nice.
Still early for us, but so far it does what we needed and the price is very reasonable.
