Sairo has been very helpful sales chatbot so far. The conversations feel natural, and it handles customer questions clearly and professionally. I like that it keeps the conversation going instead of giving short robotic answers.
It explained promotions correctly, responded politely when the customer said the product was too expensive, and even asked follow-up features, agents report more helpful. Overall, it a great shopify app for upsell and customer service.
