TL Thank you page Upsell

I’ve been using three different apps from Tek Labs, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with all of them.

What stands out most is the support. Every team member I’ve interacted with has been helpful, but I especially want to highlight Hannah. She has been incredibly friendly, professional, and remarkably fast in responding. It would not be an exaggeration to say that this is the fastest and one of the friendliest support experiences I’ve had with any Shopify app. It genuinely makes working with the apps much more enjoyable.

On two separate occasions, the support team helped customize their apps specifically for my store. The process was smooth, and the results worked perfectly.

As for the apps themselves, the functionality is excellent, the user interface is clean and intuitive, and everything performs exactly as expected.

Very easy to set up and install. Was able to add a button to my thank you page which links to the "withdraw from your contract" form - for new EU legislation!
Technical support was very quick - as I had forgotten to enable the app under the Checkouts in Settings and it was not displaying correctly for me - super easy fix, and Carmine was very helpful

Terrific app for our use case: we need to add a button to the thank you page to take users to our app if they bought specific products.

I've suggested a couple of enhancements that would make it even MORE perfect for us. They've already implemented one of them (adding an attribute to the forwarding URL of the button.) I'm hoping they'll be able to do another related to button color.

Excellent support team and a great app. I was having a bit of trouble getting it set up, but Mia on the support team was amazing and helped me get it all figured out.
