Very disappointed. They charged us for the Urgency Countdown Timer Bar but we are not even using their app — it was just installed. Charging without proper usage is not fair at all. Would not recommend unless they fix this issue.

This app is so easy to use and is a great addition for us to add a countdown timer to our website. The template designs are really good looking. Also, the fact that it ends automatically on a date and time and then disappears makes it so much easier for those of us that like the set it and forget it model.
