I have updated my feedback as they gave me a short period free to give it another go and it has been working completely fine since. They made sure it was all working fine and I appreciate the time and help given to me so I am happy to continue with them, thank you
I did previously have this issue shown below:
This has been ok. It's annoying that you can't copy a price drop. It's played up twice lately and I am uninstalling soon. First I set up a price drop but the scheduled date was in the past (which it shouldn't allow) so I could not schedule another. Had to wait for the next day for someone to sort it out. Then reset it up and it was halfway through and stalled. Frustrating. Again long wait to get it sorted and now I've missed the weekend to set up a price drop
