I have no idea if this is even working and also their customer support has not helped me at all. They never reply back to any email sadly!

Sorry, we had a problem with email
To check if the application is working, just scan your store in some spy application, like alihunter or ppspy or koala inspector
Test it and you will see Salesshield in action
