This app does not support partially cancelled orders. If a client buy 2 products and then cancel one, the app download an order with both the products and if you have orders automatically transferred to your logistic, then all the products are shipped...

Update from 9 April: The mentioned issue has been fixed and deployed. Orders with partial cancellations import correctly into Shopify.

Currently, for partially canceled items, Salestio sets the price to 0 in the Shopify order item view.
I understand that this is not working in your case. Our team is working on a fix, and it should be available soon. We also reached out to you personally to clarify the affected order item.

Just doesn't work correctly.
Known issues with main features, they removed Live Chat for AI(which i wouldn't mind if it was smart enough to resolve basic issues), Error Codes make no sense, profiles will reject being saved until something has been corrected but the error will also say its the mapping that is the error.
Unlinks Etsy account every so often so orders don't come through and need reactivating.

I just wanted a simple market connecting app that takes a small percentage of my order as I don't make enough from etsy to warrant a subscription. But this isn't worth the hassle.

AI chat support has not been removed. The missing chat was likely caused by a temporary outage with our support provider, and it is now available again.

We try to keep our Free plan available for small merchants with low usage-based fees while continuing to improve Salestio. We also reached out directly and offered help reviewing the reported issues. If you'd still like assistance, our team will be happy to help.

Best service of any app we have. Very responsive support, and fast responses. They've even made custom adjustments personally for our needs. We'd give then 10 stars if we could. Excellent.

Brilliant app to link our Shopify store to Amazon. The support is the best thing about Salestio, any slight issue or question on how to do something within the app and we've had response same day with all the information you need. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Soweit sehr zufrieden - ich habe nun nach einigen Wochen endlich die Einrichtung abgeschlossen und wurde durchgehend (auch noch während meiner Testphase) immer vom Support unterstützt sobald es zu Problemen kam.

Somit ein sehr guter Support, Preis/Leistung passt auch! Anbindung zu eBay und Amazon funktioniert ebenfalls gut.

Had a few teething issues listing stock from shopify to Ebay and Etsy but all issues resolved within a few minutes, overall im happy with the app and will use it to integrate all my sales channels with Shopify

update:
Working with them to improve the app.

Been using the app for a while but too many errors and glitches. Products not updating unless I go into the app. Orders not always importing. Have to reconnect a lot to make things work. Can't link items easily if they don't have matching skus

Thank you for updating your review. We’re sorry to hear that not everything works well for you.
As we explained during our discussions, for correct and automatic order import it’s important to upload SKU mapping, it connects SKUs between your marketplace items and your store items, so linking works even when SKUs don’t match.
Also, please check your account health: sometimes Amazon/eBay requires re-connection, and unfortunately it’s outside of our control.
Part of the order import issues last month were related to a Shopify incident (published on their status page), and we rolled out a faster retry mechanism to reduce the impact.
If any issues were related to the app functionality, we acknowledged and resolved them in a timely manner.

The app is probably good if you start everything from scratch. It doesn't handle migrating existing listings on ebay very well. Therefore, I stop using it because of that and it caused so many unhappy customers when they order out of stock products because the listings are not updated. The concept of selling lists might leave you with duplicate listings of a same product. It's hard to know which listing is from which selling list and that makes the manual problem solving process even more difficult. Nevertheless, support is good and timely.
