Amazon, eBay, Etsy — Salestio

Brilliant app to link our Shopify store to Amazon. The support is the best thing about Salestio, any slight issue or question on how to do something within the app and we've had response same day with all the information you need. Would highly recommend to anyone!

App is working well and support is responsive when I do have a issue or question!

Would not recommend as I couldn't even test listing a product to etsy. The entire reason for using this app. I already use an app for listing to ebay and wish they offered for etsy as well. This app has far too many steps to create products.

Not only that, it kept throwing an error stating the category was incorrect and yet it was not and I read all their help pages. Followed all the instructions and everything was setup correctly yet it still gave the same error. Deleting the "creation" profiles and trying to start again and it would not delete said profile. It would reload the page, but it was still there.

I set the "creation" profile to match a specific store collection, yet it stated the item was not in said collection. The app comes across as buggy and the steps to list products are convoluted and not straight forward.

The app is probably good if you start everything from scratch. It doesn't handle migrating existing listings on ebay very well. Therefore, I stop using it because of that and it caused so many unhappy customers when they order out of stock products because the listings are not updated. The concept of selling lists might leave you with duplicate listings of a same product. It's hard to know which listing is from which selling list and that makes the manual problem solving process even more difficult. Nevertheless, support is good and timely.

Fantastic app with stellar support, they will work with you to get it working ASAP. You won't be able to find another marketplace app that allows Salestio's level of functionality.

I love this app, but more importantly, the support is fantastic. They schedule Zoom calls and make sure you know what you can do with the software.

Such a great app - ive tried to integrate Etsy with my store multiple times, all with no luck. Although still not an easy process, Salestio and in particular Nadia, helped me step by step, even organising a video call to help. Highly recommend!
