Amazon, eBay, Etsy — Salestio

We have been using Salestio for over six months now, having transitioned from both Inkfrog and Codisto (now eBay for Shopify). While both platforms are excellent, Salestio proved to be the ideal solution for managing our complex metafields.

It's a powerful platform, and while the initial setup requires some technical understanding, once configured, it operates seamlessly. Salestio offers a truly impressive solution for managing sales across multiple platforms.

Salestio is reliable and the support is great. I always get a response and the support team will go out of their way to help me. I have had a number of feature requests implemented which is very rare for a small customer. I use it for syncing to eBay and would recommend it to anyone else who wants to do the same.

The app is probably good if you start everything from scratch. It doesn't handle migrating existing listings on ebay very well. Therefore, I stop using it because of that and it caused so many unhappy customers when they order out of stock products because the listings are not updated. The concept of selling lists might leave you with duplicate listings of a same product. It's hard to know which listing is from which selling list and that makes the manual problem solving process even more difficult. Nevertheless, support is good and timely.

I've been using the app to synchronize my orders for a while now and it works great. Great and helpful support! The team regularly releases updates to improve the platform.

Perfect app for amazon marketplace integration - great support included!

The app extension is not the easiest to use but they do have a lot of written how-to guides to help. It would be nice to have some video help but setting up an appointment with someone for specific help was easy and incredibly helpful! Nadia was the best!

Once you install the app, there is NO FREE PLAN listed. There 2 additional paid plans listed. Right off the bat, there is a congruency issue!
