Integration with BobGo/ShipTheory and Zebra/Desktop printers (Waybill costs apply only with these integrations)

One of the best apps out there, this app deserves a reward for its simplicity. I do not think there is any other app which is this simple with fair rates for a beginner store as well as for an advanced stores out there.
