So far SEA has been very easy to use. Install was simple, so many issues with our website were fixed immediatly upon install. The customer service team has been extremely responsive and helpful.

The app works well and does exactly what we needed! We reached out for a quick change and the support team responded immediately and handled it with kindness and efficiency.

Only downside is that it needs to be installed separately on each store, with no multi-store plan — but overall, a solid tool we’re happy to use.

I only downloaded this app for my Shopify store this evening and the tech team is already working on my site because my rating was not as high as I wanted it to be, and the issues were not something I would be able to help myself with. It was really easy to reach out to them and the communication has been great. Before I looked at my report, I was able to implement the app into my website on my own. It was really easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone, but especially people who are new to having a website and want to make sure they're ADA compliant.
