TS: Security IP & Bots Blocker

We use it the country blocker more than anything along with blocking some individual IP addresses from shady customers. The developers are extremely quick, friendly and more than willing to address my often dumb questions. Before this, we had lots of fraudulent orders and hacking attempts. Now, we are confident that only customers in areas where our products are relevant can access the site.

I haven't been using the app for very long yet but so far it looks like exactly what we need across a few different stores I'm managing. Disable developer tools is amazing!

I installed Trusted Security to block bot and country traffic (especially from China and Hong Kong) that was inflating my analytics. Despite every setting being enabled, the app never actually blocked access. I confirmed my theme supports Shopify 2.0 app embeds, toggles were active, and the rules were set to “Block,” but visitors from restricted countries could still access my store freely. Used VPN to confirm.

If your goal is genuine bot or country blocking, this app doesn’t deliver. I eventually uninstalled.

Great app that does everything it says flawlessly.

I would love the ability to be able to block certain provinces in Canada, like a couple of other apps offer, that would make it perfect. Still, pretty great.

This is a brilliant tool that I use predominantly to block specific countries from visiting my sit as well as protecting my site content from plagiarism. I Would happily recommend this app to SME's.

We tested this app for about 1 day. Unfortunately, it didn’t block any bots or blacklist countries during that time, which was a critical feature we urgently needed, so we had to move to another solution.

That said, the other features worked as expected, and Vic was responsive and willing to investigate the issue for us. Timing just didn’t line up with our immediate needs, but the support effort was appreciated.
