I am pleased to provide a five star review for the excellent online customer service system provided by this company. The service has exceeded my expectations in every way.

First, the system was very easy to navigate and I was able to find the information I needed quickly and efficiently. The interface is user-friendly and I appreciate the clear and concise language used throughout the system.

However, what really makes this customer service system stand out is the excellent level of support provided by the team. They have been incredibly responsive to my queries and their knowledgeable answers are always helpful and informative. It is clear that they truly care about their customers and take pride in providing top notch service.

Overall, I am very impressed with this online customer service system and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs reliable, efficient and friendly support. Kudos to the team for a job well done!

for most this a superb version to get going with, if your maxing out the free version well thats a good thing to then go beyond. It only lacked one minor feature i was asked to do and would want myself.
i contacted support via there own chat tool got instant support and feedback on the item i was wishing for be added to the app. For now my request/inquiry was not possible/available but was good enough to send on to devs to consider, if support sees that , well thats a 5 star from me. Support understanding something so good and sending back to team is good to hear.

I recently contacted your customer support team for assistance with an issue concerning one of my customers who couldn't find their order number. I had the opportunity to speak with Nona, who was exceptionally helpful in providing me with a better understanding of the Willdesk system. Nona's professionalism and knowledge were truly commendable.

During our conversation, Nona mentioned that they would email me with the rest of the answers and steps to resolve the issue once they have looked into it further. Been trying out some different Chat Apps and I came across Willdesk. It had some handy some new features I wanted to try out such as order tracking.

I had a few initial questions and I jumped on the internal support Chat and Pia was so helpful at answering my questions and making sure I all my questions were answered. I look forward to using the App into the future.

We just installed it and so far everything seems great, i think the app needs better options and more tweaking on iphone but over all everything works as it should, also their support is pretty quick to response to help which is great.

I have recently started using live chat software called WILLDESK. I have to say that it is by far the best Shopify chat application I have ever used. It is straightforward to use and very user-friendly. You must install the app to Shopify, and you can start typing your message with your customers. Customers can just paste or upload images and videos up to 30 MB!!

Awesome App! Mia was really quick and helpful when I needed a question answered.
The only thing I would love added on this app is the see what the customers are opening up while on chat. That way I can help navigate customers to a purchase.

I'm in the process of finding a solution to make the app work seamlessly with my email setup, as unfortunately, the email integration doesn't currently support GoDaddy's Microsoft 365. I have to give kudos to their customer support, though – they've been incredibly helpful! Their response time was impressively quick, and they even offered some valuable suggestions that I'm looking into to potentially resolve my issue. Their support team is top-notch!

I have used many apps, Online portals, Products and Wrote allot of reviews online. And I write reviews as my social Duties. I never Exaggerate my experiences. But Believe me. I installed this app just for trial basis. But after I used it. And the customer service they gave me. They even did things for me I never asked... I was surprised. I have never seen such a great customer Service on any online portal.. Love you guys.. <3 <3 <3

I am very happy to edit my review after the outstanding customer service I have received since raising some issues in my previous negative review. They identified my concerns immediately and made the necessary improvements.

The app is incredibly easy to set up, and has an ios/android app which is a great bonus for me persoanlaly as I cant always be at my desk.

I can happily recomend Willdesk to any businesses big or small!
