Recently started using Willdesk Helpdesk. So many functions and options to communicate with my customers with AI taking a central focus. Has been a learning curve but must say the support is amazing with very quick responses when sorting any issues or answering questions. I had to reach out again and was given amazing support by Nona to resolve missing widget and some automation issues.

This is by far one of the best AI & Helpdesk app out here this apps capabilities are endless top with support that you can count on when you need them. The features with this app are amazing and the AI learns very fast and the best part is if it gets a question it can't answer it alerts you to take over and make sure customer is happy and has a clear understanding. And handling order is a breeze for this AI no problems accurate information always given to the customer. No more on the phone telling customer order status just direct them to the bot.

It's a great app for encouraging your customers to reach out to you. Excellent customisation options to match your brand colours and options to add things like FAQ & order tracking.
Customer support is also excellent, I had an issue my end integrating a third store and customer support sorted it quickly and were very friendly and helpful. The fact that you get the option to integrate three stores on the paid plan is well worth it!
I would highly recommend and I will be using Willdesk for more stores in the future.

We started with willdesk and first introduced the FAQ function. None help me on a fast and professional way. We are happy with the FFAQ function and will soon start working to introduce the AI chat function. So far so good.

We have been using Willdesk AI for our customer service needs, and the experience has been outstanding! The AI-powered features significantly streamline our workflow, making it easier to manage inquiries efficiently.
One of the best aspects of Willdesk is their excellent customer support—they genuinely care about their users and continuously improve their service based on feedback. The recent update on AI assistance and transparency in pricing shows their commitment to providing value and clarity.
Additionally, the mobile app enhancements have made it much easier to track unresolved queries and prioritize customer support needs. While email notifications for unresolved AI queries would be a great addition, we appreciate that they are already working on implementing this feature.
