A completely unreliable business with unhelpful support.
They have barely ever picked up a parcel on time. They also have no recourse on lost parcels.
If I could give zero stars I would. Trying to run a small business, and after 4 days they still had not picked up. Had to send Express via Australia Post.
This has happened several times, and they do not communicate if there are any issues.
SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND DO NOT USE!!!
These reviews are all complaining about Sendle issues & not the app itself. They should be complaining to the courier that's not picking up their packages & not here..
App is a very simple integration that auto fills the customer info saving you a bit of time overall. If you use Sendle it's 100% worth having.
we have waited 4 days now for a pick up.... every day they tell us they are coming to pick up and we live in a location that is Sydney Metro! unreliable and support will reply back with a generic apology and say the delivery is arranged for pick up the following day but no one comes- no one really knows what is going on!

Used Sendle for a long time. Best shipping rates, customer service, and their finding of packages if they get lost is unlike any other service. 5 Stars!
Best thing I ever did for my biz. 10x faster than Canada Post, 1/2 the cost and great service! So glad I found this service!!
Happy with the App, costings work out better through the Dashboard as it doesn't have to convert to and from USD.
The only thing i wish it had was preset parcel sizes based on the order weights. Doest make sense why it brings everything else through the integration but cant choose a parcel size.
Other then that i am happy with it for the size we are now.
Do yourself a favour avoid using Sendle. The stood me up twice in a row and there support is useless and you can't talk to anyone, not even via a chat all thru emails. It was a nightmare.
The worst company have ever dealt with, booked a pickup over a week ago, they didn't come on the day or the next day so I contacted them and they said they can't say when it'll be collected, waited another week with multiple contact attempts, still nothing. I voided the labels and now can't even get my money back. Customer support is useless and sends copy paste answers and claims they can't contact their drivers.
