We have been using ShipHub for 1.5 years and lately no one answers when you send messages/emails and there is no other provided way to contact them. The chat window on the site when I submitted my inquiry said they would respond within 3 to 5 hours and it's now been 5 days. I sent a follow-up this morning and it hasn't been read at the end of day. The service provided has slipped greatly from when we joined.
