Worst app ever. The app keeps returning errors and does not save settings. This is a horrible app. A complete waste of time.
Shippo has definitely streamlined our shipping process. Free to use? Only .05 cents per label? Automated sync with our Shopify store? Yes, please. It's super fast and the site is clean and easy. Great work!
Shippo is great! Easy to use and customer service is great!
Love shippo. super simple to use and provides some integrated rates out of the box which is handy as a small merchant
I found this by chance and this app is great! The customer service is awesome, Simon, Max and Laura are very nice! They are always available to hep by chat right at the app, even though everything is extremely easy and straight forward. Best rates you can get on shipping. 5 starts, Recommended!
Was amazing for a while, but they just lost the ability to offer Media Mail. Unfortunately this renders them useless for many small businesses.
The app is setting some of our products to a negative inventory. We opened a support ticket on March 5th 2021, we got a reply 10 days after from Ralph Aberin apologizing for the delay, and they are working on the case. 11 days after that (today), we got the exact same reply from Ralph.
So, after almost an entire month we received zero support. We are now looking for a new (working) solution with a good customer support.

My favorite shipping app so far!
I'm new to shopify but shippo has been making the transition pretty easy. We started using it with our squarespace orders and kept it up when we came over to shopify.
Very easy to set up UPS accounts and immediately works with our zebra label (unlike stamps.com or ups site!!!)
My only complaint and reason for the 4 stars would be that you can't enter multiple packages for one order. I called and they did in fact confirm. So for retail orders it's fine but for our wholesale shipments, most are multiple boxes and we have to create the label on the UPS site which is more difficult to read and just doesn't look as nice as the shippo labels :(

When you manually enter the weight for an item when you create a label, it automatically corrects and defaults to the weight of your 'default' item. Which can be annoying! You have to refresh the page after you make the label, then edit the weight to the correct amount. Just something I've noticed that could definitely be helpful to fix!
Shippo looked promising for saving time printing labels with Canada Post, however when used with a Small Business account the rates were incorrect. The Shippo rates were higher, even though it was correctly using my Small Business API credentials. Saved packaging weights don't automatically add to the total weight. Used Shippo for two labels and deleted the app. Not as smooth as it advertises it to be. The discounted rates from other couriers are not that great.
