We have different customer segments that need different shipping options, which can be complicated. This app helps us to offer the different options to the correct segments. When we had an issue with set up, they did an in person call to walk us through the set up and get everything working correctly. The app works well and the customer service is very impressive.
We've been using this app for a few months now. It is working perfectly so far. We had one issue and customer support with Shahriar was very reactive and efficient (on a Saturday evening). We are still testing but so far, we intend to keep using it and I recommend it!
I wanted to create a rule to only allow local delivery to customers with particular tags, Shariar helped me out and was great to work with, and the service works so great! Highly recommend.

Does exactly what we need to do... hide certain shipping rates from checkout. We use a mix of Freight and UPS/USPS shipping methods. This is a great solution to display only the rate we would like the customer to see. Had a question during setup and support was incredibly fast to respond! Highly recommend this app!
