For small business like us, each and every single customer is very important and if any issues on delivery, shiprocket takes care in priority. My SPOC Siddharth Rathore and customer care support team works even off timings to help me address the customer issues. Delivery boost another feature where we don’t have to take care of every undelivered package, they handle the reattempts. I had used Delhivery directly where i never get weight discrepancies but here i get too many whenever i use Delhivery. Though its not a shiprocket issue, it is still annoying but my SPOC took care of those too. Overall happy user. Panel is very smooth.

I wish i could give less than 1 star, shiprocket is a trash, having pathetic customer support, their delivery partners are big cheaters, and when we inform this to shiprocket (we can only raise a ticket with them, nobody picks call on the no. that they have mentioned), they simply says 'Sorry mam, we have investigated, but we can't help you in this case'.

I would suggest, to go directly tie up with Bluedart/Delhivery, although they are bit expensive but guys, they will completely make you tension free from delivery side and you cna actually focus on your business rather than raising support case.

The Shiprocket integration with Shopify has been incredibly helpful in streamlining our shipping process. The ease of managing orders and tracking shipments has saved us a lot of time. The platform’s automated features and wide courier options are highly appreciated.

I have been using Shiprocket for some time now, and while the platform offers great features and ease of use, there is certainly room for improvement, especially regarding the delivery timelines. As expected with courier services, there are occasional delays, and some deliveries get affected due to factors outside of Shiprocket's control. However, these delays can be frustrating, and it would be great to see improvements in this area as time progresses.

That being said, the customer service experience has been exceptional. Ms. Manika Duggal, our Key Account Manager, has been incredibly supportive throughout. She responds to queries promptly and goes above and beyond to ensure that all concerns are addressed. Her effort to provide seamless support is definitely a bright spot in the overall service experience.

I’m hopeful that with time, Shiprocket will continue to enhance its delivery processes, ensuring quicker and more reliable service. The combination of an easy-to-use platform and responsive customer support from professionals like Manika & her team, makes it a service worth considering despite occasional delivery hiccups.

i would not give even 1 star if i could. Worst platform. I am receiving weight discrepancies for all the shipments since November. I have been shipping the same products in the same package since September and now suddenly there is a weight issue. They have mentioned wrong dimensions and weight and charged me for this. They have even disregarded all the raised disputes. Only a few of them were accepted, for which i have not received any refund yet. I am switching the platform now. The customer care is also not helpful at all.
