Extremely poor service. Don't waste your money with them, it'll all be a waste. They don't arrange a single pickup. They only take money and that's it

Best third-party shipping on Shopify. Technically far superior that other apps. Very user friendly and advanced.

Total useless support, they totally depend on their courier partners. They can take their own decision. If you Google this company you will come to know that they heavily change on the name of weight discrepancy and your wallet amount just finish. After that, you create tickets one after another, and they don't listen. Please don't take the services of Shiprocket you will regret it like me and other customers. Worst experience in Delivery & Shipping through shiprocket. I will personally never recommend anybody to add or connect app of shiprocket on shopify. The courier will be lying in your office for days and they (Shiprocket) don't even bother to check if the parcel is taken from your office or dropped to the proper client address.

If you are thinking about growing your business using shiprocket services for shipping, forget about it. They promise that they will refund money if shipments are lost/damged. Most of the courier companies are theives and they will steal your packages and paste your shipping label on some box of different size and deliver that junk product to customer. If you try to reach out to shiprocket customer care, they will make sure that the case will get dragged for multiple months asking unnecessary documentation and will close the ticket with out resolving. Then you will raise another ticket and they will close that ticket too. They will make sure that you will lose patience and give up eventually. If you become frustated and start talking to them seriously, they will tell you to act professionally. They are the ones who are cheating taking your money and they will tell you to act professional which is complete irony. They use reverse psychology. Your money on lost or damaged can never be recovered even if you claim insurance. On top of that couriers guys will not come and pickup the goods as promised and it will get dragged for multiple days. Your customers will get frustated and will buy locally next time as online shopping is not reliable. With the current service they are providing Shiprocket will go bankrupt soon unless it backing up by investors who is pumping shady money into the company. Basically shiprocket and its associated courier companies are Mafia and they will abuse the law to maximum extent possible.

We are using Shiprocket for shipping partner of our shopify store. They customer service responsiveness and rates are good. Plaban Roy from shiprocket is our account manager is taking responsibility to solve our every problem. Main issue from their side is Delhivery courier's wrong weight discrepancies. I will update this review to 5 stars once all my money blocked with delhivery charges get back to my account.

Hello sir, mene shopify store me Shiprocket app ko 2 month se already install kr rakha tha. And mere store ki curreny starting se GBP me hi thi. Lekin 3 din phle mene kisi Wjh se shiprocket app ko delet kr diya tha, aur B install kr rha hu lekin NOT COMPATIBLE show ho rha hain. kh rha h sirf INR or USD me Hi store currency honi chahiye. Lekin meri to GBP me thi or work bhi kr rha tha 2 month se . So plz sir mere problem ko solve jld se jld kre.
