Worst kind of support and service, their team does not have any control over the shipping services they provide, you will have to either deal with the respective courier directly or your shipment will be returned, there team only claims the outcome of your talks and communications as a reason to close the support tickets, i have had multiple orders lately returned that too the paid ones which were confirmed with proof of chats with the buyer after each NDR, funny thing is one of my shipment was in 2 parts for the same item, who were complimentary to each other and the part which i shipped directly was delivered in 3 days without any issue but the shipment with the service of Shiprocket is marked as NDR mentioning as the customer refused 3rd time today even when i submitted the confirmation for the same during past 2 NDR.

They should rename themselves as SHITROCKET, because thats the quality of service they provide absoultely shit. Every bad review of Shitrocket is true and every 5 star review here is fake. Fake attempts at delivering parcels, fake pickup attempts, unintelligent and stupid customer service, no solution provided except for saying sorry. If you have a complaint and problem about shiprocket I strongly suggest you tweet about it on X beacuse thats what I am doing. Let the incompetence of Shiprocket be known in the genral social media not just here. The X handles for shiprocket are @shiprocketcare, @shiprocketindia, and their CEO @Vysheshk....and please make sure you post a tweet every day till Shiprocket doesnt improve and does its job honestly for its customers like us

After a year of use, I can say that Shiprocket is not appropriate for small businesses like mine. Every time I place an order for pickup, the courier partners always display weight inconsistencies/descrepencies and charge more than the actual delivery fee. It is very frustrating to call every time to their executive and ask for help. Even though I upload all the images of the shipment with length, width, and height measurements, they still show weight discrepancies either with dead weight or volumetric weight. Its very annoying and frustrating. I am completely dissatisfied with the service they are providing.

My issue is that RTOs are being sent to my suppliers' addresses, not mine. The proof you provided is of their receiving, not mine. On my Shiprocket dashboard, I've provided my address accurately everywhere: "A-683, Gali No-15, Part 2nd, First Pusta Sonia Vihar, East Delhi, Delhi, India, 110090." Despite this, RTOs are still being sent to incorrect addresses.
Only a few RTOs are reaching there, while others are going elsewhere. I've already informed your internal team multiple times that occasionally I receive 6-7 RTOs at my address. I need all RTOs delivered here, as it has always been stated. I'm not sure what's being done.
This is precisely the issue I've been highlighting in my emails, which is causing me immense frustration. Despite repeatedly informing you via calls and emails to at least stop sending RTOs until the issue is resolved, it seems to be falling on deaf ears. Even today, an RTO was sent, and who knows where it ended up. The AWB is "344789357475." It's absurd that despite my constant complaints, RTOs continue to be dispatched incorrectly. Your system is flawed, and then you state that if there's no response within 48 hours, the ticket will close. Am I expected to send emails for every single RTO daily? Despite my complaints, there's been no response, and despite my request to stop sending RTOs, there's still no response.
Initially, when I noticed two RTOs marked as delivered but not received, I contacted your customer support. They initially claimed there was an issue with the address, but when I checked my dashboard, everything was correct. After they verified, they admitted the address was indeed correct and suggested I might have updated it after the RTO issue arose, assuring me that future RTOs would be sent to the right address. I let it go at that time since it was just about two RTOs, but now the number has exceeded 30, causing daily frustration.
I have already shared screenshots before, and I have shared screenshots over the call. If necessary, I can even provide remote access to my system, although I believe you can check this yourself. I just want a solution, no more excuses, and no more wasted time.
Please do not repeat the previous excuses. I urge you to conduct a proper investigation, or I will take this matter to consumer court. I cannot bear further losses due to your errors.
My demands are:
Immediate investigation and correction of this issue.
Delivery of all pending RTOs to my address without further delay.
Compensation for any losses incurred due to your system errors.
Please conduct a thorough investigation and, if necessary, call me to resolve this issue quickly. I am unable to scale my business due to this ongoing problem. I need the RTOs delivered to my address or a refund for those sent elsewhere. Just fix the problem and collect any details you need from me to do so.

Extremely Disappointed with COD Charges
Initially the COD charges were ranging between ₹70 to ₹90. However, over time, these charges have been inexplicably increased to ₹150, and now they’ve skyrocketed to ₹250! This pricing is absurd, especially for businesses like ours where the product price is ₹199.
How are we supposed to sustain operations with such inflated charges? It makes no sense to pay more for COD than the product itself. This is not just inconvenient—it’s outright exploitative.
Shiprocket’s practices feel unfair and lack transparency. Absolutely not worth even 0.1 stars. Disappointed beyond words.

Worst shipping partner for new ecom buisness.
We have been using shiprocket for 2 months now. Extremely poor service and support.
We have so many orders where customers say no one came for delivery but the courier marks as customer refused. Shiprocket doesn't help.
Have 10+ orders in last one week that have been marked returned to seller, but I haven't got even one of them back. Shiprocket does nothing.
This app will seem like a goldmine at first but will eat up your money and you'll be left asking for some relief.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Shiprocket. Despite the fact that my order was successfully delivered to the customer, I attached an image for proof, Shiprocket dashboard still showed the order as undelivered. I have made numerous attempts to contact their customer support team to resolve this issue, but it seems that my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. To make matters worse, when I received the shipment back, it contained a completely different product than what was originally sent, because obviously the customer already received the order. This is a clear indication of negligence and mishandling of the order. I am utterly unsatisfied with the lack of control over shipments and poor service provided by Shiprocket. And this is not the first time I've faced this issue, there are several different issues like lost shipment, undelivered shipment wtc with their service. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

One of the worst service ever. Orders get delayed by 7 days and their customer support is very shit all do say is we will try to help you but don't do shit. Would never recommend this

Have raised multiple tickets, still didn't get any proper solution. I'm tired of it. Pathetic service.
29/10/2024 Update: Still didn't get any proper response from their side. I still didn't get the COD remittance.

They would deduct money from your wallet for no reason, so be careful.
