Set up is quick and easy - and a member of their team can handle it for you if you aren't very technical. Adding this has increased both our AOV and Net margin and is a must for anyone selling a physical product.

Hands down best shipping insurance app! The revenue share has others in the market beat and the ease of which claims are processed is superb. I've had this on our store for months and has been working flawlessly. Their team answers questions quickly and helps with integration and setup. Overall, I can highly recommend it!

Guessing they have a small team, but once they got it up and running it works as intended. There still some bugs that can be fixed to improve it and as such the conversion isn't as good as the other ones, but I believe they'll be able to do that soon. It's a bit pricey, but there's a free version as well where they take a percentage instead.
