Great team, we have been launched our in-house fulfilment with Shiptheory last week. The onboarding was great, Josh has been very helpful on all queries we had for our store. We went live with very minimal issues, which were small tweaks & were resolved immediately so no impact on our dispatch. Highly recommend, it also works very well with EasyScan. Really impressed with the versatility of this app which has meant that our shipping process is now fully automated. The onboarding service with Kabir was seamless and the ongoing support, from both Kabir and the support team, has been fantastic.

Very good product, with even better onboarding. The team at Shiptheory are very knowledgeable, proactive and enthusiastic about getting the best from their system for our operation. A special thanks to Josh for all his efforts in getting us up and running. There is a lot we need to grow into in terms of functionality, but for now we are very happy even though we are not using 100% of what is available to us.

Had some issues with my emails to support not getting through, but once we got back in touch, everyone I spoke to at Shiptheory was extremely helpful and listened to our concerns. They quickly implemented a feature that was originally missing and so we're now using the app successfully for all our deliveries. The rules functionality is super powerful and has reduced the risk of human error from picking between services. Would definitely recommend Shiptheory to other businesses like ours.

We recently moved to Shopify/Shiptheory after having our website redesigned. Kabir at Shiptheory made the implementation process of our new dispatch system so easy. The App works very well, is user-friendly and has made everyday work flow much more streamlined and efficient. Initial impressions are overwhelmingly positive. Excellent onboarding by Orlando from the ShipTheory team. Really easy to setup and connect with carriers and the rules/logic you can setup are so easy to do. My account manager Josh has been brilliant and ensured everything we had setup was working well for us and our customers.

Absolutely love Shiptheory, it integrates so well with Shopify and our couriers making shipments so much easier. We had a slightly confusing selection of couriers that all had different requirements but with the help of Josh Hodder we made all the rules and they work like a charm. We've been with Shiptheory for about 8 months and the support from the rest of the team has been great. They've also onboarded with a courier we requested too so it's always getting better.

Easy to use product which helps simplify our shipping process. Any issues or new features we have wanted have been sorted quickly from the staff who are extremly helpful.

We have recently transferred our account to Shopify with Shiptheory being our dispatch app. Despite many teething problems on our part, Josh Hodder has always been on the other end of the phone to sort them out. He video called this morning and patiently worked through the issues we were having . He has made the process so much easier than it may have been
