REAL REVIEW — WE NEEDED THIS, AND IT ACTUALLY WORKS
I’ll be honest — after reading some mixed reviews about conflicts with the Dawn theme on other apps, we weren’t sure whether this app would work for us because it only had 1 review. But after discovering a website that was cloning a large portion of our images, alt text, and product descriptions, we needed protection fast.
We installed Shop Protector and tested it ourselves.
It works.
No image copying.
No text copying.
Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V blocked.
Right-click blocked.
Exactly what we needed.
I never leave reviews, and I’m sceptical of half the reviews I read online — but this one deserves five stars because we have actual results. The analytics from the last 24 hours alone proved we were being targeted far more than we realised. It honestly makes you wonder how much of this goes on behind the scenes.

I paid for this to mitigate China on our website day and night. Installed the app AND PAID FOR IT, but no impact on China in spite of me "blocking" them in this useless app.

horrible. has "restricted access blocked" our site from customers without that being selected and impossible to get in touch with support

I have questions and have tried several times to connect via Whatsapp. For some reason, I just can't connect via the link. It would be helpful if you just posted the Whatsapp number, then I could text on my phone.

I thought this app would help me with bots adding items to their cart and in turn adding their email to my newsletter software's profile list. (I have an abandoned cart reminder, so they will get that and then not respond, because they are bots!)

Short story, long...Shop Protector doesn't do what I thought it did.

I had some trouble getting the app to work, but they helped me right away. As soon as they accessed my store, everything started working perfectly.

Seems to be working great. I enabled the app in shopify, then set up my settings. Right click and highlight were disabled the minute I hit "save"...and i'm hoping this will help to cut back on the amount of spam I've been getting by blocking a few countries.
