This has been the best product options app that I have found, and I've used about 10 different ones. AND I will say the customer service is literally the best out of ANY app I've used on Shopify. The Service was just beyond belief and so AAA 5 STARS!
If you want to use a Product Options app, literally this is the BEST one ever!

Great software, with a lot of support. Customer service is 100 points, and the price is cheaper than many custom software. It is recommended that all customized sellers use this software.
Shopaw is awesome! It’s like having a personal designer for my store! the real-time preview feature allows my customers to visualize their customizations instantly which is cool. We love it and so do our customers!

My business consists of over 20 different types of colors, lengths, textures, and styles so I have over 1000 in combination of these variants and Shopaw is the only app that tailored to my needs for customers to select options of preference with these combinations. It's so easy to add the different options on the app. Support is always available if you had questions. Alysa is professional and patient to service your needs. I give this app 10 stars!!!
I highly recommend the Shopaw app for creating custom products. It's easy to add images and text to products, and it also allows me to save more complex customization templates for use in other stores or on other products. BTW, the service is really prompt and efficient.
Customer support is pretty good but there are still a few bugs that need to be worked out in regards to information showing in cart, checkout and the order.

Due to our app's ability to set independent prices for each option (add-on price), which is tied to Shopify's built-in variant, there is a distinction between the main product type and the variant type that is tied to the add-on price. Therefore, there will be a type indicator on both the shopping cart and checkout pages.
We have taken steps to hide the shopping cart type indicator, but the checkout page type indicator can only be modified by Shopify Plus stores, as this is not a bug but rather a design feature of the product. Anyway, we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
I am extremely satisfied with using Shopify product options. Their service is excellent and they helped me configure my products, saving me time and effort. The app's functionality is top-notch and the customer real-time preview upload feature is simply amazing! It allows customers to see the customized finished product results immediately, giving them a better understanding and trust in my products.
