Shopifyのフルフィルメントに登録された追跡番号をもとに、ヤマト運輸・佐川急便・日本郵便を含む国内53社の配送状況を自動確認します。配送会社名の表記揺れや独自の追跡URLは、ストア別の配送会社マッピングで設定できます。取得できるステータス・履歴・日時の粒度は配送会社やサービスにより異なります。取得した配送イベントはShopifyのフルフィルメントイベントへ反映し、管理画面で配送状況と配達完了を確認できます。購入者向けの配送履歴は、新しいお客様アカウントの注文状況ページにアプリブロックを追加して表示します。基本追跡にShopify Flowの設定は不要です。任意の「配送状況を確認」アクションで追加の自動化にも対応します。
