How can i get support from the app developers?
My bundles are showing out of stock even though the individual items are all in stock! I tried contacting shopify support but that of no help at all.
Free, and very limited. You get just slightly more than you pay here. No reporting, limited marketing, like everyone mentions. There is hope, but im not holding my breath. Shopify also have consider their existing app ecosystem and developers I guess.

I love the app just discovered it today and it does just what I need ❤️ creating bundles were easy just plan to have pics with the items grouped together. I created mine in Procreate and also what you want to write about for each product its pretty simple. Make all of your products inactive then activate them on the day of the sale how cool ☺️. Everythimg stays in bundle until next time ready for use. Also I would definitely create a bundle or gift section on the drop down menu on your site .
Simple, effective way of offering a collection of SKUs at a discounted price. Easy to use.
Great for a free app - haven't fully explored yet, but out of the box functionality seems good so far
SO SAD! Shopify makes an app that doesn't work with it's own platform.
Does not work if you have POS installed,
Shows inventory Sold Out when it's not
Support doesn't know and keeps pasting same message.. to check eligibility page - that page suggest to contact support if need help.
Other apps for $6.99 a month and work just fine.
Subscriptions App, Bundle App & Collaborator App all made by Shopify and don't work on Shopify.
Worked perfectly at the start but there's no way to assign the stock to a particular location. For example, we have 2 locations with stock in one but not the other and Bundles assumes the product has no stock so it's out of stock on the website.
Is there any work around for this? Or should I go for a different bundles app?
Absolute trash, here's why:
- does NOT support subscriptions (I use Appstle and it won't let me add a bundle to subscription because of the Bundle app's limitations)
- if you update an individual product as part of the bundle, it'll get automatically removed from the product bundle
I spent an entire week getting a product page ready, only to have the bottleneck chokepoint be that I can't offer this product as a subscription due to the Bundle app. NOWHERE was it mentioned that I couldn't make subscriptions with it.

It's a very good app and easy to use. However, I would like to see more sales channels as soon as possible.
Since you cannot introduce it on SNS, you will have to register two products: one for promotion and one for bundle.
Very disappointed wit this app, and Shopify knows it can do so much better. Can't manual add a bundle to an order, and there's no way to display the bundle items on product page or even have the bundle show on google channell. The app was not thought out properly.
