Shoplift ‑ Split & A/B Testing

Shoplift has been a game-changer for us. The customer interface is incredibly intuitive, making the entire user experience seamless and easy from day one.

While the app itself is great, our assigned CRM, Anya, makes it extraordinary. She has been a phenomenal addition to our team! Anya proactively built out a complete strategic roadmap for us and dives into our analytics in brilliant, insightful ways we never would have thought of ourselves.

We've been using a number of different A/B + CRO tools over the years, some are insanely expensive - with every feature under the sun, others are more reasonable but lack basic functionality.

ShopLift has been that "goldilocks" for us with just the right amount of flexibility built-in (and more advanced API functionality). Our CSM Kristi has also been LOVELY to partner with and truly cares about what we're rolling out!

We've had a really positive experience with Shoplift so far. The platform is incredibly quick to get up and running, making it easy to launch tests without requiring extensive development resource. The LiftAssist feature is particularly useful for generating test ideas and helping prioritise opportunities, which has helped accelerate our CRO programme.

One of the biggest benefits has been how straightforward it is to set up and manage tests. The interface is intuitive, reporting is clear, and the overall process from idea to launch is fast and efficient. It's been a valuable addition to our optimisation toolkit and has made experimentation much more accessible across the team.

The A/B and UI of Shoplift is incredibly seamless. As someone who has spent time optimizing performance, it is great to know Shoplift operates at the server level, and not at the browser level when rendering tests.

Kristi has been great at understanding our store and knowing what needs to be optimized. She is super helpful at understanding analytics on a deeper level. She has been a great resource when it comes to working through concepts and providing an CRO audit.

5/5 Kristi is top notch, expert level guidance on all things eCommerce and a/b testing. Shoplift has a small learning curve, but easily overcome after 1 session. Does all that we need in terms of testing, what else can you ask for.

Have had a great experience with Shoplift. Its Shopify integration makes setting up and managing A/B tests a breeze. Having an account manager has been a huge bonus. Working with our rep, we identified a list of possible tests. We're already seeing a positive impact from the changes we've made thanks to Shoplift.
