Great app and great customer service. They did a great job helping me in the problems I was facing. I needed assistance in getting my review stars to appear near the price section of my product page and they did the job for me.

dosnt work, contacted them. no reply. waste of time. they better not charge me for this Cra3p.

These people are the most selfish people you could ever work with. So I had their review app on my store,and had been paying for it. But recently I wanted an app with other features that their doesn't provide so I decided to remove it because it wasn't working for me. After removing it the code was still left on my store and I couldn't install another review app that i wanted until the code was removed. I contacted shopify for help,but they said it was a third-party app so they can't help,but the shopify agent did send them an email on my behalf.
I wrote them an email myself too. They didn't reply me or shopify for 3 days. So i contacted shopify again, and this time the agent email them again escalating the request, I also wrote to them the second time. They reply the next day asking me to create a customer account for them to remove it. So I did that immediately and wrote them back that I have done so. After another 2days they didn't remove the code and it was still displaying on my website. I got really frustrated,and contacted shopify for a third time. They still insisted on the app developers begin the once to remove it,so I beg them to tell me where I can find the code on my theme so that I can remove it myself. The shopify agent was very helpful, they told me where the code was and I went to my theme and deleted it.

As a store own,you don't want to just install an app,the customer service of the developer needs to be a top notch, cause one day you are going to have a problem with the app and you need people who would fix it immediately before your customers start having problems with you. Not developer who would make you jump through hoops for days without caring about your business. Maybe they were mad i remove their app. I'm glad I did and I will not be associating my store with any of their products ever again.

Feel free to download their app,but pray you never get into trouble or need help cause then you will start understanding what I'm talking about. And you can't just get mad and remove the app cause then the code will be stuck on your website and your problems with begin. They are other apps that offer so many features for affordable price.. I have switched to Rivyo review app and have wrote to them twice, and they reply within hours to your issues. Good for now

Installed this, sent my review files, contacted a couple of times, not had a reply after nearly a week, poor support, don't reccomend, will be trying a new review app

Thank you very much for setting options! Added the file and in it registered a code. You didn't even have to do anything yourself!

Vey good app to use. But, when we import reviews from Aliexpress,it imports all 5 star reviews. In catalog all products showing 5 stars ratings seems unreal. Rest all is fine.just update to import reviews as per requirement.

Great app but needs MAJOR updates and changes. The overall style and ease of use made the app worth keeping but it needs to add a search bar, select all/delete all (or 10) option when looking at all reviews on a product.

Needs to update the name change option when importing reviews. I selected "Female" for the name change option when importing but still ended up with male first names like "Edward", "Ferdinand", "Brian", etc.

Review title is a repeat of the first few words in the review, not an actual title.

Overall its a decent enough app to try out but DO NOT use it for importing a large amount of reviews (50 or more) because in the end you will need to edit the name and title for each and every review. This app is mostly if you only need a small handful of reviews to show that your site has some legibility

Not mass delete for reviews, hard navigation, no search product bar, often lag.
I recommend if you have strong nerves.

This is by far the best review app I have deal with on Shopify. I have used Yotpo (They call themself number 1 review app) and got rather pissed so I chanced upon this app while surfing the forum.

Let me explain the difference between these 2 app.
1) Adding photos in review - This app is free of charge and easy to add while Yotpo charge a small fee for membership before you can add any user photos.

2) Sending a manual review email to customers - This app allow you to manually send an email to follow up with customers who have missed their review email while Yotpo cant even do that!!!

3) Different layout for displaying the reviews - Fantastic layout in terms of timeline, grid and etc for displaying your reviews. Boring Yotpo has only one standard layout.

This app is a life saver and I will definitely recommend this app to any shop. Please use this app!! I am not too sure why this app has such little reviews but it is definitely a great app! Thank you team!!

I have a few questions/suggestions though
1) Can we set a email notification whenever someone leaves a review?
2) Where do we approve the reviews?
3) Can we set a filter for "Automatically" review posting, like min 3 stars or no profanity to avoid spams etc.

AWSOME APP! Really cheap, easy to use and effective. Support team might take a little bit to respond (2-3 days max) but they are really helpful and efficient. At least they respond not like other apps. Really recomend it!

I installed this app a few days ago, and I'm really happy with it so far! Support is quick to respond, and has even customized my store by request, to make the star colors the same on my catalog page as I could set them up on my product page. It sounds like they're developing some other great options and features, and for the price, I couldn't be happier!

Best review app I have ever used. They have amazing 3 different layouts.Start ratings at catalog and product details page looks very nice for my store. Price is also very low.The best part is their service,support team is awesome.They are very much approachable and very quick.I will definitely recommend to others.

Love this review app that allows the rating to add multiple photos to their review. Had some challenges in getting my old review uploaded and in getting star rating to appear on the featured products of my home page but customer service quickly solved these for me!

Tried a few other photo review apps but they charged more per month than the entire hosting fee from Shopify! MyReviewFy is a winner.

Love this app. The price is the lowest I found. Their customer support is really fast. It looks awesome on my website!!!

Haven't had a whole lot of use from this App yet, but I am writing this review based on the customer support I have had in order to get this installed and working correctly on my Site. With a broken theme, the install was quite complicated and the team worked through a whole day to get me where I needed to be. I rate their experience, help and communication 100%.

For my recommendation to your app, please add a new feature such as the country flag and please add an option whether we want to show the time (0:00-23:59) or just the date (10 June 2018).

I would definitely recommend to another store. This app as the best product detail page experience I have come across by far - (love the timeline layout, you should try it). Also, the developer/s are very responsive, professional and communicative. Very easy to implement with straight forward instructions.

This is by far the best review app i've ever used. I needed help with coding and the very next morning someone emailed me back and fixed the problem. Great customer service fast respond time A+ App i highly recommend.

Honestly I love this app. It does exactly what you need it to do, you can post or create Reviews and they look authentic and professional. I'm very glad I got it.

Can you add a previous comment feature?

A very good plugin that can display the picture review perfectly. If you can then show the star rating and the number of comments below the product title, it would be even better.
