MLM Affiliate Marketing

i had the pleasure of working with shoutout over the course of the weekend with an issue that we had, it was a miscommunication within the company but they were so helpful and were still able to accommodate our issue to make our experience better, overall the best experience i've had with a third party app and a seamless experience.

I've tried them all and ShoutOut is still the most feature rich, intuitive and useful affiliate app out there. Love the fact that if you need support, it's there without delay. Recommended.

Adam from Tech Support came through on something complex. We were having a problem with outbound template emails going directly to JUNK nor any hotmail & other accounts when we sent the invitation letter out. Adam went out of his way to help and into my domain registrar to change configurations and VOILA! Houston...we have LIFTOFF!

We have used this so scale to 7 figures in affiliate revenue over the last year. My only complaints on the app are that affiliates can create any kind of redirect that they want and there is no way to turn it off. So you will have things like /deals or /promos and in general it's not good for overall site structure. Secondly the payments are incredibly difficult to process via PayPal mass pay. This is the true weakness of the system and the reason we are moving away from it.

Shoutout has one of the best customer services on Shopify. Prompt responses at all times and an excellent app with many great features!

I needed to integrate the app with new features for our shop and support was absolutely great. I highly recommend ShoutOut!

This app does its job but the navigation is messy. We switched to ShoutOut from another influencer app and after 6 months we are switching back.

We are a "ma & pa" store with much more to do than we can get done (know what I mean?) Although we knew it was important, we found it quite difficult to get an affiliate program up and running . . . until we found this app. If you need influencers, or want to work with affiliates of any kind, this app will get you up and running. Fairly easy to understand and implement. Adam is very responsive to any questions, etc.

I switched over from another app and it was totally worth it. This makes it easy to automate your affiliate marketing program and it has plenty of options to choose from and customize.

It started out as a good app and they made an update to it for us, but what it is lacking is for a way for our affiliates to track each individual sale link they use. All clicks and sales get lumped into a large pot, there is no way of them seeing that this email generated $1000 and this other one generated $1500
