The app does not work, even after deleting files they stay. It also will mess up your file structure for your template images as well. I do not suggest using this app. I've now lost so much work I had already done.
STATUS: As of Dec 9, 2024, we've emailed Fan Club Shirts thrice and haven't received a response. We understand your frustration and remain available if and when you need help.
Hi Fan Club Shirts team,
We're sorry that the application did not work as you expected.
We've investigated your store's files’ status just before you uninstalled the application and noticed the following things:
1. You've created 3 new directories - "Branding", "Website Images" and "Spec Sheets"
2. These directories have 7, 1 and 360 files respectively
3. The names of the files in the directories were updated with the directories as the prefix. We've mentioned this in the feature list of the application but will try to make it more obvious
4. The remaining 2500+ files remain unchanged
If the issue you encountered is indeed the file names changing unexpectedly, we can help you fix it in a matter of minutes.
To restore original file names, you need to:
1. Install the application, and
2. Move the files in the directories to the "Home" directory
This will reset the filenames to what they used to be.
If you'd like we can also take care of this after you've installed the application, or have other questions, don't hesitate to email us.
