The process was pretty simple to follow along. I did hit a little snag along the way (I didn't realize the product took a little while to upload so it didn't show right away) so I reached out to support, and they helped me with the rest. Items are syncing and I am all set to go. Would definitely recommend.

At the moment it is a NIGHTMARE! Every time it syncs it wipes out all variant info and images and makes the product completely unshopable on tiktok shop. It also scrambles the description and unformates it, runs words together, pushes paragraphs together, gets rids of bullets points. I'm thankful I only tested 1 product because I would have a glorious mess on tiktok if I had uploaded a whole catalog of products that looked like that.

They Charged me 89. through shopifiy after I canceled before the trial date. Chagred another 45 on there website. NO one is avaible to help. Zero customer support.

Billing: You signed up and were charged both through Shopify and directly through our website due to overlapping sign-ups. This is not our standard process and occurred because of multiple account setups. While this was an oversight, we were happy to resolve it promptly once we became aware of the issue. Unfortunately, we were not notified about this until this review was posted. We also extended an offer to provide a refund that went beyond our standard policy to resolve the matter amicably.
Cancellation: Your subscription was canceled immediately upon your request, and no further charges were applied after the initial billing.
Customer Support: While our live support hours are currently limited, our team responded to your inquiries during standard business hours. We understand that this didn’t meet your expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologize.

Once I got the program figured our a little, it became fairly easy.

I paid close to $900, issues since the get go. Items not syncing, fulfillment orders not showing on orders. Multiple emails and no responses until multiple attempts. I requested they close my account entirely in less than a month after I paid and never received any form of reimbursement back.
We apologize for the challenges with SKU IQ and appreciate your patience. We've opened a case on your behalf to validate the cancellation date for the refund process. The reason a refund wasn't issued earlier is that no request was made. Refunds are not automatic, and our staff needs a formal request before a refund ticket is generated. Our policy does allow for a money back period, and so long as the cancellation was requested during that time, the refund should be approved.

I recently opened up a new store and integrated SKUIQ to sync my Shopify and Square register, but in being so swamped I was not able to give it a go right away.
Now 2 months later - I PAID FOR A YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION, I am being told their "terms" are only 30 days and no refunds....ummmm excuse me? How can you not refund someone that just paid $600 CAN for the year and could not even use it.
Brutal customer service, my inventory does not sync...
Another thing that it says in their terms is that just by using a credit card to pay you agree to them....again ummmmm?? Pretty fraudulent to me, I have put in a claim with my bank, but who knows

They missed my appointment and then had the nerve to say, "we were waiting for you, you werent there."

In order to delete this app you have to submit a cancellation request so I did that because the app started charging me and I wasn’t even able to use it. The app was “down” according to support when I tried to set it up.
Upon asking for a refund for my Shopify bill charge they told me I had to go to Shopify. Shopify told me no sku iq has to give the refund so I went back to sku iq.
Sku iq then told me the same thing, they can’t issue the refund. I sent a screenshot of the email from Shopify to which they then asked for my bill with the charge. I sent it to them and they then said I’m past the 30 day refund period. I emailed support well over a month ago to make sure it was cancelled and to get a refund. The billing cycle was July 4th when the charge was put on. I reached out to their online chat with no response so I then emailed and was told to fill out the cancellation request on 7/18. Now 8/24 they say it’s too late to be refunded and they don’t have access to my Shopify billing.
Use the other app that syncs to Tiktok instead. This is the worst experience with a Shopify app I’ve had in the 5 years I’ve been using Shopify.
I was also told to submit a cancellation request multiple times within our email thread and I already did, so they must not even keep track of anything.
June 26th they sent an email stating their “dashboard issue was resolved” so how can they charge people for an app that wasn’t working?

So far it has been a great experience I had tried so hard to make it work on my own but wasn't able to upload my TikTok products until I got the orientation call it was beyond amazing/I wish I could recall the person that helped me he was so knowledgeable I will recommend the Sku app to anyone.

I do not recommend this app to new sellers. The app itself wasn't user friendly, but the main reason why I'm giving one star is because it's been almost a week since I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription. There is no "Cancel Plan" button available in my account so I emailed customer service to have them cancel plan manually as I no longer need it for my TikTok shop. They asked me to fill out a form which I did and explain the reason for my cancelation. A few days passed, they still have not cancel my plan as requested. They kept asking me for my feedback which I provided initially. The cancelation process is a pain in the ass.

Too many issues and not much help. Syncing not working, takes forever to get an email back, only advice given is I have to create a different account because syncing wasn't working.

Easy to set up. There is a product limit on the trial, but the lower option gives you the ability to try it out. I love not having to add products individually.

I have been using this app for a few weeks now along with other apps for multiple sales channels. I can tell you, SKU IQ is one of the easiest apps to use and the fastest too. When I make a change in my Shopify, it takes only few seconds when it is automatically sync in my SKU IQ. It is super easy to publish the items in my TikTok Shop. Regardless if it is one item or a bulk. Oh Yes! Bulk edit is super easy too. When an order is placed, everything is sync right away and super easy to track. It totally reduce my time posting items so I can focus in other things now :) Highly recommended.

I've been using skuIQ for about 30 days to sync with my square POS. The process is fairly easy, inventory syncs very well. I occasionally have to resync an item if I notice the count is off, but it doesn't happen very often. Chat is super helpful with getting set up, i've not had any issues with customer service. I love that I choose when to push inventory to Shopify, as I'll frequently have items created in square that I do not wish to have online. My only criticism so far is that I wish there were some backend things I'm able to do on my own without reaching out to chat support (i.e., changing some of the default sync settings - I went this full 30 days before I realized online orders weren't syncing over, but the issue is solved now). This app has given me the freedom to have the in-store POS i want with the e-commerce experience I want my customers to have. I couldn't be more grateful that this app exists.

SquIQ and their support staff are great. The only thing I don't like is having to push products to my website one by one. I have over 2000 items! After pushing the back button after saving the action of pushing it through to my web store, it sends me back to the first page of all my products, when I was on page 10 (example.) The filters are lacking.

As a small business, with no employees, I barely have time to do the basics of running our shop and website. When we decided to switch POS systems, I was dreading the amount of work it was going to take to transfer all my inventory into the new POS. I had everything updated on Shopify, so I searched for a solution that would integrate and found SkuIQ. My inventory was transferred in minutes! All I had to do was run the link report and confirm a few discrepancies, and voila! Now, all my inventory amounts are tracked between my Clover POS and Shopify store, saving me even more time not having to update inventory whenever I sell a product. I highly recommend SkuIQ.

SKU IQ is great for syncing a Shopify website with Square point of sale. I haven't had any issues while syncing inventory. Occasionally I will experience a slight delay before I see products reflected onto point of sale system. This app is 100% worth the cost saves a ton of time!

My experience with SKU IQ has been wonderful! The platform works pretty well and it's easy to use. But the best part is their customer service. I spoke with Jorge and he didn't stop until he found the problem and resolved it. I strongly recommend the platform
