SMART Checkout Rules has been a brilliant addition to our Shopify store. The app gives us far more control over checkout, especially when it comes to managing shipping and payment options with specific conditions.
What really stood out for us was the support. Jason was extremely helpful in resolving some rule conflicts we ran into and made the whole process much easier to work through. His support was quick, clear and professional, and it gave us confidence that the app could handle exactly what we needed.
The app itself is flexible, easy to use, and very effective once set up properly. If you need more control over your checkout and want strong support behind it, I’d definitely recommend it.
This app is great! I've been using it to control what shipping options show up for flat stationery items only vs mixed flat and bulky stationery items and it works really well. I needed help creating a new checkout rule because I've been having a problem with fraudulent orders and while the app can't block via email or IP address (range), Jason was quick to message me and offer a different potential solution. I really appreciate the prompt customer service and the help I was given!

Super simple to download and setup, created a pre-checkout block in a few short minutes. Contacted developer for a quick question and they responded immediately, not only answered my question but jumped in and tweaked my setup, very helpful,,, I can't recommend enough 5 STARS!!
Great experience setting up this app today as I needed to exclude some of my collections from shipping to a certain location. Jason was really helpful, setting up the rule and making sure it worked. Highly recommend.
