I'm starting to use the app, it's my first few weeks and I needed personalized help to improve the speed of the page, so I wrote to the guys and TinyIMG was super nice to help me, he solved the problem pretty quickly and I'm sure this is just the beginning of an excellent service. So if you need help with performance, SEO, and optimizing images, this could be a great tool.

this app is easy to use and works well. It has lots of functionality. The customer service via chat has also been good.

When I started optimizing images on my site I noticed some products images disappeared, however I contacted their support team and they promptly found the issue which turned out to be Shopify's API. they were able to resume upload of the missing images and even helped me to make sure the images were displaying at the best resolution possible. Great support team and great app!

The app is great for optimising your store, if you need any help customer support will help you within seconds and they do their best to help you optimise your store. They definitely helped me to understand how some elements of your store affect your store speed.
