We have been using this app for over 2 years now and it has always worked without a hitch. The app provides great rates at checkout and allows us to easily book our package pickups and sell large bulky items online. The support is great and they are always willing to help solve any issues that may occur. Cannot recommend this app enough for shipping within Australia.
I have been using this app for over two years. It makes my shipping costs more accurate, reducing the risk of me losing money to underestimated shipping or losing sales to overestimated shipping. Then once I go to book the courier, I have the ability to consolidate packages to save money. The app saves me time. Customer support from the Smart Send team is outstanding. They are fast to address any issues with the app. They advocate for me whenever there are issues with the carriers.
I am so glad I found this app. It has been a great time and money saver as I no longer have to estimate how much shipping will be and under quote myself. Customer service has been amazing too, Steven always responds to my emails in a timely manner and was able to help guide me through setting up the app on my Shopify store.
If there's one thing we love about this app it's that behind it is a really great team! We get exceptional customer support from Steve, Chris and their team. They have yearrrrs of logistics experience that has helped us solve countless courier related problems, get our products to customers in tricky situations and work better with our 3PL. The app itself works really well for our big, heavy products and gives us lots of flexibility in terms of how we charge for shipping which is crucial for us in such a large country with diverse shipping costs. We've used the Smart Send app for about 4 years and the latest Premium version has great additions and makes life even easier.
