Smart-Shipping-Rates has been a huge help for our store. The setup was straightforward, and the app handles even the more complex shipping scenarios without any issues. I really like how flexible the rate rules are — it lets us create shipping options that match our actual operations instead of being stuck with Shopify’s limitations.

The calculated rates are accurate, fast, and show up cleanly at checkout, which gives customers a smoother experience. Support is also responsive and helpful whenever we have questions.

Overall, it’s a solid app that delivers exactly what it promises. Highly recommended!

Fantastic app with all the bells and whistles you could want (maybe some you didn’t even know you wanted ;) ). Best part is the support. We had a few configuration issues and the support went above and beyond to get it fixed in a timely manner. Nothing is as important in an app than support.

Excellent app and outstanding team.

We have used it for 4.5 months to present accurate DHL shipping rates in new markets—without a direct DHL contract and while staying on a standard Shopify plan.

The app handles our 10 shipping zones reliably. Setup effort and ongoing costs are reasonable, even for smaller businesses, which opens real opportunities for international sales.

Support has been exceptional: we received prompt help with configuration, including on a Sunday. Special thanks to Brian and Hana for going above and beyond.

Highly recommended for merchants expanding into new countries with zone-based pricing.

We have implemented Shipez in our store in Mexico and, more recently, in our store in Argentina, and the experience has been excellent in both cases. The platform works efficiently, adapts to our logistics needs, and has significantly improved our shipping process.
