Holy moly this email marketing app does everything! Serious.

It's nice to use, the emails look amazing, the support has been great. I can't remember having more helpful support from any app tbh - they (nick?) answered every question I had straight away. And showed me what else I could be setting up. I genuinely can't believe it's free.

This is why I love Shopify, apps like this that literally do everything I need in email for Good Designs. Can't recommend Smartrmail highly enough!

I moved my shop from Tictail to Shopify and needed to switch to SmartrMail. Always a little bit tricky when you change but the support team at SmartrMail was great and helped me so much. Million thanks!

This is the first email marketing app I've used and does everything I need: subscriber popups, product recommendations, automations, customer segmentation, newsletters. It's logical, easy to navigate and excellent response time to support questions. Definitely recommend.

2 Feb, 2023: apparently, these folks are still at it. My use of the service has vacillated in the time since my original review (given the fullness of my off-line life), but I still appreciate how their email/SMS service continues to remain fresh & relevant to us "micro-" Shopify bizzers. Another round of thanks to y'all!

12 Dec, 2020: Nicolas & Jan seem to really bust their humps to provide a valuable tool AND service! In the short time I've had their app (roughly 2+ weeks), I've seen both technical improvements & a nearly unprecedented level of customer care responsiveness. Clearly, these guys are OVERachievers—big kudos & many thanks for all you folks have done (& continue to do)!

Seriously, this app is the best thing since sliced bread. I'm glad I installed it. Wish I had done it sooner.

Super easy to setup a popup with a signup to our newsletter, and everything is managed through the app. Very easy to use!

Easy to use. Easy interface. Conveniently integrated for my shop . It was really useful when Shopify didn't have an inherent marketing tool. It's still a value add with great templates to choose from!

Smartrmail is easy to use, the automations are on point and the platform has amazing support. Our first automation email immediately spiked that day's revenue, and from there I was hooked. Great entry point for managing email automations.
