Smartrmail product and customer service is second to none. They can't do enough for you and their response rates are amazing. They are always on the end of the emails or live chat straight away and I couldn't of wished for better service. Jesse is currently helping us make changes in our account and to our emails and it's just amazing the lengths him and the team are going to, couldn't have wished for a better service. THANK YOU!!!

9/19/17 update - so we did not heed our own advice and we got bitten again...sheer laziness on our part. Buggy software and terrible support. Don't go down this path. We are exiting today!
2/8/16 - Beware using this product. We have been bitten by poorly tested and buggy software that are cause for embarrassment....far from promoting your products it will turn customers away.
im a first time shopify store owner.. this app was super intuitive for me to learn on my own (and i know i'm just scratching the surface).. and customer service is REALLY quick at responding (shoutout to nicolas)
Affordable AND great customer service. Checking in on clients but not overdoing it. Response rate to questions is always timely and helpful. Extremely happy with SmartrMail

Really enjoy the app, it works very well for our shop. They have pre-made templates that are customizable to your standards too, which are great for quick and easy emails during the busy season. Great customer service too! Definitely recommend them

Amazing app. It does everything I used to have to do manually. It takes such a load off me. Very simple and intuitive to use. The staff is great too. I had an issue and they jumped right on it. Definite 5 stars on this one.
