Moved from MailChimp and I'm extremely satisfied. It is priced very well compared to the competition and offers all the essentials that you will use day-to-day. I never keep apps that don't pay for themselves and this one has been showing extremely good ROI with minimal work. To DEVELOPERS:
Can you please make the automated product recommendation emails more customisable? I would really like to send them but they look plain and ugly compared to other things. I wish I could make a template there.

I love this app! I'm not computer savvy at all, but through this app, I've been able to create beautiful, professional level newsletters for my customers. I have been a mailchimp customer for years but as subscribers grew, so did the fees where it was costing iver $125 per month. I am not a regular sender of emails so this was too expensive. So far I have found Smartrmail to be great, their customer service excellent and it isn't too complicated (like Mailchimp). Also great to support an Australian business :-)
