I have just started using shopify and this app, but I am very happy with the simplicity of it and the great support. So far, all my question have been asnwered quickly and problems solved.

We decided to move away from MailChimp prompted by the discontinuation of the platform from Shopify. SmartrMail looked like a great option, and so far we are very pleased! Nicolas and his team helped migrate our subscriber list and also duplicated our previous Home page Pop Up. We also did an on boarding training to learn how to create and send email messages. Responsive team. I had a few issues and they quickly resolved it - working great. Love it. Simple with lots of functions. Will upgrade to paid version when I hit the max level for free.
