Wat een geweldige klantenservice! Ik heb een niet zo'n standaard webshop en Jesse heeft mij meer dan geweldig geholpen om alles uit te zoeken en goed te zetten.
Must have app met geweldige service. Er moesten een aantal aanpassingen doorgevoerd worden voor onze verkopen in de EU en werkelijk waar nog nooit zulke fijne support meegemaakt. Aanrader!
Met wat hulp van de supportdesk de app geïnstalleerd. Werkt perfect nu. scheelt ons veel tijd en de kans op verkeerde boekingen is hiermee ingeperkt.
Ik had eerst wat moeite om het zelf op te zetten, maar via een zoom meeting werd dit snel opgelost! Alles is precies in te stellen zodat het perfect in de administratie verwerkt wordt. Erg blij met het feit dat ik niet elke order zelf handmatig meer hoef in te voeren.
